Hey does anyone know how to have a static page have multiple pages underneath it? Exactly how Karen does it with our assignments tab.

      Hi Destiny,

To add a sub-page, you will need to do the following:

      1. Add the new page as is customary. On the right had side of the new page you are putting up, you will need to go to the box called Page Attributes. Then select the Parent Page from the drop down menu (i.e. the page that you want the sub-page to appear under).

      2. Then, on the left side navigation, go to Appearance, then Menu. You will need to check the new page and add it to the menu. Once that has been done, drag the new menu item up under the parent page so that its position correlates with how you want it to appear on the actual navigation. Then save the menu and you’ll be good to go.

I will be happy to demonstrate this in class on Wednesday so that the above instructions are clear and that other students can benefit as well.

Great question – thanks for asking!

  3. Hello webmarketing students as we all run in our blog assignement in creating website I would like to share a finding that I did today. When you create a fan page on Facebook you can go in a category called “Marketing” and if you go throught the different features you will see that you can easily get the HTML code corresponding to the “like” button (in fulfilling some specific things about the URL that is targeted and so on). When you will have generate it make sure you take the second one and not the “Iframe” designed. I do not really know the difference but I tried it and it has not work for me! May you could help me with that? Finally, you will just have to paste the HTML code at the end of your blog and a “like” button will come from nowhere! Magic!
